Delivery Policy

Subscription plan purchases are completed through our partner, Stripe.com. The email address you use at checkout is your Sign In here. On first purchase, you will have the opporutnity to set your password. If you choose not to do it then, when you come back to the site's Sign In page, you'll see a link in the lower right of that page for First Time Sign In. Click that to go to the page to set your password.

Update & Cancellation Policy

Managing your paid subscription plan is a multi-faceted topic. Once signed in, just click the Account link at the top of the page and then the Subscription History link. On the Subscription History tab, click the Manage Subscription Plan link. This opens a window to our partner Stripe.

Stripe requests the email address you used during purchase and sends you a one-time login link. Clicking the link opens your plan on Stripe.

On Stripe you may upgrade your plan, downgrade it, print invoices and receipts, or cancel.

If you upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly one, your account is immediately charged the amount due. If you downgrade from a yearly plan to a monthly one, your remaining paid time is converted into an account credit. Upcoming monthly bills draw from this credit and your monthly bill will display a $0.00 amount or a less than full monthly amount due until the credit has been fully consumed.

If you choose to cancel, Stripe sends us a message and we cancel your account on this site as well.

Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel a paid subscription plan, Stripe sends us a notification about it. If you do this within the first sixty (60) days, we will refund the remaining full-months of your subscription.

If you cancel after the sixty (60) day point, NO REFUND IS GIVEN.

Example 1: If you cancel within the first thirty (30) days, we'll refund the remaining eleven (11) months.

Example 2: If you cancel between days thirty-one (31) and sixty (60), we'll refund the remaining ten (10) months.

The refund amount is the total price minus the taxes paid (because we don't get that back once it's paid) times the ratio of the time left.

For example, if someone purchased the Starter Membership at $99.99, paid $1 tax, and cancelled on day 10 (within the first thirty (30) days) then this is the computation:

($99.99) x 11/12 = $91.66.

If someone purchased the Starter Membership at $99.99, paid $1 tax, and cancelled on day 40 (after the first month but before the sixty (60) day point) then this is the computation:

($99.99) x 10/12 = $83.33.

Once Stripe notifies us of a cancellation, we review the account. If eligible we generate the refund to the card on file.

This having been written, it may take Stripe's bank and your bank 5-10 days to fully complete the refund process.

Important note: Only Stripe receives your payment information. We never see it and we will never ask you for it.
